The process from booking to offhiring the popcorn machine was simple and smooth. One thing that may help future customers is the cocounut oil, I was given 2 types 1 in a tub (great and easy to use with scoop) the other in a yellow container with spout but the oil hardens and I wasnt able to get it out without giving it to our kitchen staff to melt for me. Otherwise, we were given plenty of product and the popcorn went down a storm at work!
