Thank you for the hire of the Christmas tree buzz wire game. The first one we hired didn't have a volume control and it was extremely loud, which we had to try and adapt, with being positioned near a lecture theatre at the University. The second buzz wire did have a volume control which was great from the staff to recognise the need for this. The second buzz wire however, it was a little temperamental and didn't always recognise when it had been touched by the metal ring. Overall, the customer service was great, with last minute changes made to the booking requirements and they were all received with efficient and friendly service. I am writing to say thank you for the session last night. We were working with some very difficult groups of young people including a group with special educational needs and a group of youths who have some very challenging behavior issues. The member of staff operating the bull last night (we called him Mr Sunshine) was a credit to your organisation. He worked really hard with the staff and young people to motivate them and encourage them to join in. Some of the children and young people where scared of having a go or had physical barriers and he was brilliant at encouraging and supporting them to join in. We hired a quiz show game show for the night and paid well over £1000. The equipment was less than expected and at times got in the way though it did add to the general theme of the game show. The host seemed at times to be unsure of his position but did put in a lot of effort. All in all, whilst the quiz was fun in parts it was perhaps not what we had expected, nor ideal for the situation. It was not value for money.
