Took a long time to install equipment. ..Darts was a struggle and 2 guys were responsible for the night however one was very young and did not know how to use equipment at all and panicked each time the other more experienced colleague disappeared. .once the vr froze and he could not do anything until his mate came back...then I felt there was not a wide variety of games - experiences...the kids seemed happy though...just the guys did not show great communication skills...I was very stressed on the evening as more kids turned up. ..17 instead of 10 and equipment did not fit were I planned so required more space and left not enough room for dinner tables on other room side...I wish I had planned it all differently. – Please write a quick testimonial telling us about the great experience you have had with The Fun Experts?

Thank you for your feedback. As with many of our events we were able to speak to the venue in advance to talk through the access and space available and all was ok, but as you mentioned, once the guestlist had increased on the night and more table space was needed, we had to do the best with the space we were then given - often when space is restricted the VR equipment may not work as well as it needs the full space to register the movements. I'm glad all the kids enjoyed the games and all the games were available, except for the ones you'd requested not to be used. Naturally there is a brief downtime when switching between games but I believe everyone got chance to play.
