We were really disappointed, having briefed both Richard and Mark on our expectations of the dancers that they arrived with an incorrect brief. They thought they were at a birthday party and had three dances planned. I was very specific in the run up to our event about what we wanted on the night. Also - the helpline number I was given just rang out on the night.
