This is the first time we worked with Sunshine Events and I thought the popcorn cart and ice cream bike were a great attraction at our event, we had queues all day. The staff were very polite and helpful. We did keep having issues where the popcorn machine kept tripping the power and not working, which also caused the ice cream freezer to turn off and melt the ice cream. Our staff had to keep flipping the switch when it tripped. I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for your contribution to our 60th celebrations last Saturday. Despite the weather the day was a huge success and the part you and your team played in the day added to making it special for everyone. Our CEO and MD were very impressed with all of the food and side stalls, so a big thank you for your professionalism and spirit on the day, even during a very wet start. You should be very proud of the Sunshine Events team that came along on the day, they are great ambassadors for your Company and very happy to help out where needed, even if we did ask them to move the inflatable gazebo after they’d staked it in …………….. twice. Everything was done with a smile and good humour even though they were all soaking. It was nice to be able to ask someone to do something and know it would be done how you wanted and be able to leave our lovely compare to get the job done and run proceedings perfectly. We are trying to persuade our CEO that we’d like to hold an event like this every year rather than a Christmas party and I hope that if we can make that happen you would be willing to support us again in making the event special. We had a fabulous day, the horse game was the best part of the day. Everyone had fun. Please could you give a special thank you to Tom from everyone at Vita. He did an amazing job, he was brilliant on the day. We couldn't have got through the day without him. He deserves a medal. Could you also give him a massive thank you from me as I may have driven him round the bend as was asking him to take photos on my camera all the time!! He was great!!
