Booking/quote process was difficult and there was a lot of back and forth as VAT and costs were incorrect multiple times. Thank you for your feedback Sophie which we have looked into in more detail as we take great pride in our excellent customer experience.
We do have to charge VAT on all of our services but this is reclaimable by your company. I appreciate you being surprised at the team arriving early but in our experience this helps reassure you we are there and ready rather than being late and causing unnecessary issues.
