Hi, the booking with Camille was great and the flexibility she showed. But the video pod was a real disappointment. We booked it from 11.00AM but the staff from Sunshine could not get it working until 11.54. We sent questions that were to be displayed to prompt the user but that didn't work and the staff had to ask the questions from outside the pod which didn't look very professional. It was good for photos but not atall for video footage. Although we got this slightly cheaper than advertised I think we deserve some compensation for the time taken to get it working and the poor working of the pod. thanks. – Please write a quick testimonial telling us about the great experience you have had with The Fun Experts?

Lovely to speak to you earlier and thank you for your feedback. I'm glad your clients had lots of fun using the Photo Booth and getting some great fun snaps with all the green screen backgrounds. My apologies for the late set up, unfortunately this was due to a technical issue out of our control and I know James did stay later to make up for any lost time. James did interact with the guests and prompt them into using the Video Booth, but many of them wanted to have fun with the Photo Booth and all the different green screen options. We do value all feedback and continue to learn from it. We are really looking forward to working with you again on your summer event.
