Hi, the booking with Camille was great and the flexibility she showed. But the video pod was a real disappointment. We booked it from 11.00AM but the staff from Sunshine could not get it working until 11.54. We sent questions that were to be displayed to prompt the user but that didn't work and the staff had to ask the questions from outside the pod which didn't look very professional. It was good for photos but not atall for video footage.
