From the start, the service was very professional and personal. Lauren kept in touch and helped us make the right decisions for our event. She even helped us stay within our limited budget whilst ensuring we maintained what we really wanted. The pre event call was great to reassure that everything was in hand. On the day, the team, led by Evan, were really fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. The team interacted with our customers really well and worked so hard to make it a great day.
