The guys from Sunshine events came with more than enough time to adequately set everything up and I can't speak more highly of them. They were professional and polite and definitely came across as knowing exactly what they were doing. The staff loved the archery and assault course and I will coming back next year to re book. The weather wasn't great but that didn't dampen their spirits and they worked through the downpours.
