When I phoned to make the booking the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful & accomodating. She was able top help us out at very short notice and give us a good deal, as our event was for charity. We hired the coconut shy, which came with coconuts and prizes, which were lovely ( the kids loved them!) The skittle alley, giant jenga, giant connect 4 and giant snakes & ladders. The only problem we had is that your guy arrived very late. Our event started at 3pm, which you knew, and he only got here at 2:20. He was therefore unable to get everything set up on time and it was only because we all helped him transport it to where it was going and helped him set things up. that it was even up at all. Thank you for your feedback which we really appreciate and we are pleased that your event was a success despite our delayed arrival due to an unavoidable accident on the motorway.
Also, our fun expert Crispin really appreciated your help with the equipment as the access to the site was a little more challenging than expected with crossing the bridge.
