The One Voice Mela had to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. When discussing possible options with your team I was read the 'terms and conditions' by a member of your staff, advising any cancellation within 14 days of the event required full payment. There was no gesture of good will, or customer service empathy. Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that any event has to be cancelled due to the weather. At our initial meeting we did discuss the options which can include alternative venues or change of dates if we know in advance. Unfortunately, the decision to cancel was only made when we arrived with our staff and equipment ready to set-up. There are always options so always talk to us and we will work with you for a successful event.
