The quotes/booking experience was easy and informative, although disappointing to find out the amusing 'biscuits' email is a cut and paste (I kept getting the same one with each different quote requested). The staff member we had on the day (Connor) was excellent (friendly and helpful). The crazy gold equipment was good, however, some of the giant board games were sticky (snakes & ladders) and disappointing (the photos on the website give a larger impression - the lego size is misleading even taking into account the website photo features a child).
