I am writing to say thank you for the session last night. We were working with some very difficult groups of young people including a group with special educational needs and a group of youths who have some very challenging behavior issues. The member of staff operating the bull last night (we called him Mr Sunshine) was a credit to your organisation. He worked really hard with the staff and young people to motivate them and encourage them to join in. Some of the children and young people where scared of having a go or had physical barriers and he was brilliant at encouraging and supporting them to join in. We had a lot of staff on the session across the whole day and every single one of them commented on his professionalism and his positive approach to what he was delivering and the groups using it. Would you please pass on this thanks, all the children and young people thoroughly enjoyed the session and it was made much more fun because of the professional approach from your operator.
