Thank you for the hire of the Christmas tree buzz wire game. The first one we hired didn't have a volume control and it was extremely loud, which we had to try and adapt, with being positioned near a lecture theatre at the University. The second buzz wire did have a volume control which was great from the staff to recognise the need for this. The second buzz wire however, it was a little temperamental and didn't always recognise when it had been touched by the metal ring. Overall, the customer service was great, with last minute changes made to the booking requirements and they were all received with efficient and friendly service. The equipment was ok, I don't think I would hire the buzz wire game again, in terms of the game in relation to the cost it was very expensive. – Please write a quick testimonial telling us about the great experience you have had with The Fun Experts?
