The quotes/booking experience was easy and informative, although disappointing to find out the amusing 'biscuits' email is a cut and paste (I kept getting the same one with each different quote requested). The staff member we had on the day (Connor) was excellent (friendly and helpful). The crazy gold equipment was good, however, some of the giant board games were sticky (snakes & ladders) and disappointing (the photos on the website give a larger impression - the lego size is misleading even taking into account the website photo features a child). We had Sunshine events come for a full day with 260 international students at Lancaster Uni! This was their favourite day of the program so far, they had so much fun and really got into the spirit of things! The staff ensured the students had a great time and everyone felt welcomed! We have used Sunshine Events for 3 years running now for our annual employee BBQ and they are always amazing. The team is so helpful, from the booking process to the team that runs the events on the day. This is the first time we have had an event like this at school and what a huge success it was!! The surf simulator, bouncy castle and deck chairs made the event. The children (and staff) had an amazing experience and I’m sure lots of memories were made. Dom was easy to deal with and gave us a great price. Great communication from the start, lots of clear confirmation emails and then the team arrived on the day bang on time. Graham and Martin were lovely guys and got the equipment up in record time, even in the blistering heat. The stalls looked fantastic and the staff/families had a brilliant time using them and they loved the prizes. The inflatable darts football was a great success and the deckchairs were a lovely colourful addition to the day. I would have no hesitation in using your services again or recommending you to others.
