Whole experience was grand. The 2 fun experts arrived exactly at the agreed time even after the long journey down. All equipment was exactly as prescribed and lived up to expectations. The 2 fun experts, Connor and Nathan, were very easy to work with. They set up everything with no dramas, and helped the whole event run smoothly. They were friendly and professional throughout, and worked well with both the adults and the children at the event. We booked virtual reality experience. Outstanding service from the moment of enquiry! Grace was very helpful and friendly on the phone. After the booking, communication was maintained all the way to the day of the event. On the day I was really worried that the Fun Expert not going to turn up because of the extreme weather, it was snowing heavily! But not only the Fun Expert Matt arrived, he arrived dead on time as promised! We had great relaxing conversation while he was setting up, Matt was set up and running well before my guests arrived. After that it was nothing but lots of fun! Matt was really attentive and adjusted to everyone's needs. Everyone was happy and talked about the experience for days after! So overall experience was perfect, could not wish for more! Took a long time to install equipment. ..Darts was a struggle and 2 guys were responsible for the night however one was very young and did not know how to use equipment at all and panicked each time the other more experienced colleague disappeared. .once the vr froze and he could not do anything until his mate came back...then I felt there was not a wide variety of games - experiences...the kids seemed happy though...just the guys did not show great communication skills...I was very stressed on the evening as more kids turned up. ..17 instead of 10 and equipment did not fit were I planned so required more space and left not enough room for dinner tables on other room side...I wish I had planned it all differently. – Please write a quick testimonial telling us about the great experience you have had with The Fun Experts?

Hi Robin

Thank you for your feedback. As with many of our events we were able to speak to the venue in advance to talk through the access and space available and all was ok, but as you mentioned, once the guestlist had increased on the night and more table space was needed, we had to do the best with the space we were then given - often when space is restricted the VR equipment may not work as well as it needs the full space to register the movements. I'm glad all the kids enjoyed the games and all the games were available, except for the ones you'd requested not to be used. Naturally there is a brief downtime when switching between games but I believe everyone got chance to play.
