Staff were very well organised and all equipment was in very good condition. Due to unpleasant weather, plans had to be changed last minute. All staff quickly arranged equipment to be moved and was up and running in fantastic order in time for the event to start. Friendly and helpful office staff re queries about equipment to order. Easy to order and process. On site team arrived timely and assembled equipment - no fuss - obviously well practiced. They managed the event attendees (mainly families) very well and feedback from attendees was that they loved all the activities. The face painter was busy for the whole time and satisfied all her (little) customers. Very pleased with the seemless operation and felt it was good value for money. The equipment quality was great, but the prizes were very low quality and a complete mixed bag. The Fun Experts staff were great, but there was one staff member which was agency and although she was great her lack of experience was noticeable. We recently used The Fun Experts for our carnival theme summer party for The Cambridge Building Society. The Fun Experts could not have been easier to work with. From the very beginning Lauren was very efficient when it came to sending quotes through, and answering any questions I had. Nothing was too much trouble. The Inflatables arrived and time and your team worked very hard putting everything together. When the guests started to arrive the team was in “fun” mode and helped kick start the party.
