Thank you for your feedback. It's a shame you had down time at your event but we can't be responsible for power provided from other companies. We are always happy to supply our generators for events and this is our preferred option if we can't take power from a static source.
We are really pleased that you and your guests had a great time on the equipment once it was up and running. And we look forward to working with you again in the future
