Your professionalism and friendliness (in particular Iain Taylor) were second to none. No matter who I called and what questions I asked, I always got an answer or a call back and emails were very professional, with a friendly twist (I like a smiley). The pre-hiring email and phone call with regards to logistics were excellent, it was a nice touch that doesn’t usually happen.
