The customer service during the booking stages was exceptional. On the day the weather was on and off with rain, and we made the decision for one of the pieces of equipment to go inside. The fun experts on the day said because they set up half an hour later on the day (because of the rain) that they would stay half an hour later, which was very helpful and worked out well. I'd like to thank them for being flexible enough to stay later. Students and staff had a fun day! Thought the service and staff was very professional and great. Unfortunately when they collected the items they took all the remainding prizes away which I thought wasn’t very fair as we have paid for these already and could use them again! Whole experience was grand. The 2 fun experts arrived exactly at the agreed time even after the long journey down. All equipment was exactly as prescribed and lived up to expectations. The 2 fun experts, Connor and Nathan, were very easy to work with. They set up everything with no dramas, and helped the whole event run smoothly. We booked virtual reality experience. Outstanding service from the moment of enquiry! Grace was very helpful and friendly on the phone. After the booking, communication was maintained all the way to the day of the event. On the day I was really worried that the Fun Expert not going to turn up because of the extreme weather, it was snowing heavily!
