The equipment quality was great, but the prizes were very low quality and a complete mixed bag. The Fun Experts staff were great, but there was one staff member which was agency and although she was great her lack of experience was noticeable. Thank you - we are really pleased you are happy with the quality of our equipment and will use us again and recommend us to other! The prizes we supply are novelties which are chosen to enhance and brighten up your event. However, we would be happy to provide bespoke prizes for you next time. As it was the busiest weekend of the year we did add a single member of agency staff but these are briefed by our Fun Experts on the day and work alongside us.
