Everything was great from start to finish, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Ben, Neil, Rob and Thomas were all great hosts. Everything was ready on time and looked great. They were happy to just get on with set up and break down and no hassle at all. The photo booth was great for the first 2 hours, it was a great hit with kids and adults and then it stopped working! The fun expert tried his best to get it back up and running again, making endless phone calls but with no joy so we called it a day! The after sales has been great. I was refunded half of the money back with a day or two. The additional games that were provided were excellent..kept the kids entertained for hours. Overall I would recommend the fun experts. Ben and Ben, our Fun Experts, were extremely helpful. We had one or two issues with access and with power, but the lads took it all in their stride and resolved everything. The children had an amazing afternoon on the inflatable obstacle course. Highly recommended. The Giant Operation is based on the 1970's traditional game so is designed to be retro, however i'm sorry it wasn't as you'd expected. As a gesture of goodwill the team did make arrangements to swap it for you.
