The process from booking to offhiring the popcorn machine was simple and smooth. One thing that may help future customers is the cocounut oil, I was given 2 types 1 in a tub (great and easy to use with scoop) the other in a yellow container with spout but the oil hardens and I wasnt able to get it out without giving it to our kitchen staff to melt for me. Otherwise, we were given plenty of product and the popcorn went down a storm at work! When discussing possible options with your team I was read the 'terms and conditions' by a member of your staff, advising any cancellation within 14 days of the event required full payment. I would just like to pass on my thanks to the team from Sunshine who supported our event on Wednesday. The day did not get off to a great start due to persistent heavy rain so we made the joint decision with your team to delay set up until the weather improved. This proved to be the right decision and once the rain stopped the inflatable were set up. The inflatable were great, especially Wipe Out - I got a lot of enjoyment watching some of our staff get wiped out while having a trial go !!
