The inflatable grotto is a good alternative to a proper cabin when it is just for the odd day. The Santa and elves leave arrival time to very last minute which has the events starting a little late. Considering the price of the event I was expecting a little more. The host messed up question answers on a few occasions, was unable to say one of the questions and wasn't prepared, which made it a little disjointed. The help that I received prior to the event was extremely last minute which gave no time to properly run through it and make changes. Thank you for your feedback. I know our events team worked hard to incorporate your specific quiz rounds, and even added some extras in for you too. The package we offer includes a Show Host, Quiz Rounds, 3 Podiums with Microphones and Digital Scoring, a Technical Operator, Play Your Cards Right, plus more. I'm sorry this didn't match up to your expectations. This is a tried and tested format we have used successfully many times before. Many of your guests had a great time and personally thanked the Host at the end of the event.

Cant thank Sam, Mark & crew enough for all their efforts at our party last Friday night. The boys were super friendly & knowledgeable, there is nothing they could of improved on. Everything went smoothly & efficiently, right from my very 1st inquiry. Id highly recommend this company & their products. We had photo booth, rodeo reindeer & inflatable grotto, all went down a storm, not only with our own party but also party goers from other rooms that came to join our party because we were having so much fun.
