This is the first time we worked with Sunshine Events and I thought the popcorn cart and ice cream bike were a great attraction at our event, we had queues all day. The staff were very polite and helpful. We did keep having issues where the popcorn machine kept tripping the power and not working, which also caused the ice cream freezer to turn off and melt the ice cream. Our staff had to keep flipping the switch when it tripped. Again they made our summer party! The staff are excellent, polite, helpful and nothing is too much bother. They worried about pulling generators across the lawn so went and sourced planks of wood so as not to cause any damage, while I had said just drag them around the side! Sunshine Events were so professional and the staff on the day were great fun. I hired the inflatable assault course for a hen do, there were 14 of us using it and it was just the best fun. Thank you for your feedback. It's a shame you had down time at your event but we can't be responsible for power provided from other companies. We are always happy to supply our generators for events and this is our preferred option if we can't take power from a static source.

We had a photobooth at our year 11 prom and the kids absolutely loved it. Everytime i went to go get a photo the que was longer each time i went.
