When I phoned to make the booking the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful & accomodating. She was able top help us out at very short notice and give us a good deal, as our event was for charity. We hired the coconut shy, which came with coconuts and prizes, which were lovely ( the kids loved them!) The skittle alley, giant jenga, giant connect 4 and giant snakes & ladders. The only problem we had is that your guy arrived very late. Our event started at 3pm, which you knew, and he only got here at 2:20. He was therefore unable to get everything set up on time and it was only because we all helped him transport it to where it was going and helped him set things up. that it was even up at all. We hired Giant Games,Climbing Wall, Dino Slide, Maurice the Rodeo Sheep, Adult Bouncy Castle for our Family Fun Day. The Bouncy Castle had to be replaced with Bungee Run as it had a slight fault. But was all taken care of by the team and worked as well if not better for getting adults involved in the fun. Very pleased with Sunshine events from the intitial phonecall right up until the event. You were great from start to finish! From beginning to end sunshine events were helpful, efficient and, above all, fun. Our wedding was totally enhanced by having ice creams on arrival from the ice cream bike, bouncy slide for the children (and a few sneaky ladies!) and garden games. Our ceremony couldn't have been more perfect with a genius suggestion to have it outside and use deck chairs for the seating, completed with a group rendition of 'bring me sunshine'! We used Sunshine Events to run a competition on our stand at an event in Earls Court. We selected the Wii package and we were not disappointed. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and there was plenty of replacement technology in case of problems. We hired some of the Wild West themed equipment. All the staff I spoke to were courteous and polite, the lads who brought and manned the equipment were excellent. All the team at sunshine events, Thank you so much for the photo booth and bubble machine for my 30th last Friday, & the gentleman who ran it all night was lovely! No one has stopped talking about it since, whether it was arriving to a curtain of bubbles or having great fun in the booth it certainly left a lasting impression.
