All the team and inflatables we hired for our event were fantastic! The staff were full of fun, friendly and very approachable. All the kids loved them and were sad to see them leave. The event unfortunately, didn't start off well as the Fun Experts were delayed well over an hour and were late setting everything up. The photo booth was still being set up as guests were coming into the room so I had to ask the team to move their equipment to avoid trips and hazards. Once everything was set up the evening went well. I contacted the Fun Experts at the last minute as another supplier had supplied a faulty Batak to our trade stand for a 3 day conference! Dominic and his team were exceptionally helpful and arranged immediately for an alternative, which was a massive hit on our stand and ensured the success of drawing people to the stand. During the booking phase we had a lot of contact with Dom. He was very helpful and there to always pick up the phone and answer any questions. On the day, the two gentlemen who came to man the wipeout were extremely helpful and professional and even got involved in some of the activities on the day. Really impressed with the equipment and easy booking process.
