I contacted the Fun Experts at the last minute as another supplier had supplied a faulty Batak to our trade stand for a 3 day conference! Dominic and his team were exceptionally helpful and arranged immediately for an alternative, which was a massive hit on our stand and ensured the success of drawing people to the stand.
