During our Halloween Family Day at Aintree Racecourse, the team were absolutely fantastic. Everyone was so lovely and polite, from the spooky characters to the craft workshop hosts. It was such a relief for our team that they all just got on with things, allowing us to focus on the rest of the event. Alan and Jake are the staff that were present on the day of the event. They were extremely helpful and professional, everything went smoothly and honestly couldn't have had a better experience.
