During our Halloween Family Day at Aintree Racecourse, the team were absolutely fantastic. Everyone was so lovely and polite, from the spooky characters to the craft workshop hosts. It was such a relief for our team that they all just got on with things, allowing us to focus on the rest of the event. We recently hired the Bucking Bronco from Fun Experts, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The booking process was smooth and straightforward thanks to Tom, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. On the day of the event, Alan was absolutely excellent. Professional, friendly, and great with our guests – he really helped keep the energy up and ensured everyone had a brilliant time.
