From the second I called, to the inspection of tables and sizes to fit in our room, to the expertise on advising us on gambling - faultless helpful and cheerful! Last minute we had a late situation and asked to extend by an hour or two - dreading the “it’s a busy time of year - your too late” response - quite the opposite- couldn’t have been kinder and quick to say yes!
