    Thank you for your feedback and I do understand your frustrations prior to your event. It was a brand new piece of equipment that the team were building. This did mean that you were being contacted by both our sales and logistics team at the same time prior to your event to make sure the equipment was as you required.

    I am pleased that both your photo-shoots went so well and you all had great fun with our brand new scalextric - which made it all worth while in the end!
