The main disappointment was the fact that I had specified over the phone and via email several times that we needed the equipment on the 16th ready for the event on the 17th and on the day of the event I had to ring, only to find out they thought the equipment was needed for the 17th at 2pm! – Please write a quick testimonial telling us about the great experience you have had with The Fun Experts?

Thank you for your feedback Vanessa and we are really sorry for the confusion. I have looked into this for you and we had confirmed the 17th as part of the logistics call but as soon as the issue was highlighted, we managed to deliver in time on the 16th for your event the following day. I am pleased you scored us highly on the equipment and our staff and that the event went well.
