We booked virtual reality experience. Outstanding service from the moment of enquiry! Grace was very helpful and friendly on the phone. After the booking, communication was maintained all the way to the day of the event. On the day I was really worried that the Fun Expert not going to turn up because of the extreme weather, it was snowing heavily! But not only the Fun Expert Matt arrived, he arrived dead on time as promised! We had great relaxing conversation while he was setting up, Matt was set up and running well before my guests arrived. After that it was nothing but lots of fun! Matt was really attentive and adjusted to everyone's needs. Everyone was happy and talked about the experience for days after! So overall experience was perfect, could not wish for more!
