The customer service during the booking stages was exceptional. On the day the weather was on and off with rain, and we made the decision for one of the pieces of equipment to go inside. The fun experts on the day said because they set up half an hour later on the day (because of the rain) that they would stay half an hour later, which was very helpful and worked out well. I'd like to thank them for being flexible enough to stay later. Students and staff had a fun day!
