The launch of our new buses and improved sapphire service was a real success. It’s nice to have a launch event that’s not only attended by our partners, but also by the people who use our services – our customers. We have had some really positive feedback from people who attended the event and members of the public have posted some very positive comments about the day on our Facebook page. We hired sunshine events for our wedding. They arrived early, set up well ahead of time and the staff were great. This is the first time we worked with Sunshine Events and I thought the popcorn cart and ice cream bike were a great attraction at our event, we had queues all day. The staff were very polite and helpful. We did keep having issues where the popcorn machine kept tripping the power and not working, which also caused the ice cream freezer to turn off and melt the ice cream. Our staff had to keep flipping the switch when it tripped. The staff that arrived to our event were ace, nothing was too much for them and I think they enjoyed it as much as ourselves. The scalextric was great and a winner with everyone (young and old) at our family fun day.
