It was so seamless. The information I received was so helpful and nothing was too much effort. Even though it was only a small order (50 deckchairs) - it literally couldn't have been any better. A brilliant afternoon was had by all teams for our charity event of IAKO - plus i think the glorious sunshine also helped! The guys on the day (especially Ryan) really helped for the event run smoothly. I rang the day before asking for alternative activities in case of bad weather, and nothing was too much trouble for Ryan. Luckilly the sun did shine and these were not needed! didn't feel the standard of the equipment warranted the prices charged. however I guess in this type of market you would consider yourself to competitive. Only got in touch to book your Ice Cream stand, but after seeing all the fun things you have on offer we also booked the adults bouncey castle, inflatable basket ball, and deck chairs. I was very very happy with sunshine events- from initial contact to service on the day. I was extremely busy on the day and it was a massive relief not having to worry about 2 of the gardens, manned by Sunshine Events. Even when we had a problem with parking, the staff didn't complain and were understanding when they had to travel a little bit.
