I have had a couple of bookings from Sunshine events and always had a positive experience. This latest booking was a large inflatable football target game, which was great for both children and adults. Hi, the booking with Camille was great and the flexibility she showed. But the video pod was a real disappointment. We booked it from 11.00AM but the staff from Sunshine could not get it working until 11.54. We sent questions that were to be displayed to prompt the user but that didn't work and the staff had to ask the questions from outside the pod which didn't look very professional. It was good for photos but not atall for video footage. Once problems with costing had been sorted, everything seemed to run very smoothly. Sunshine events were very organised in getting in contact with the venue and arranging arrival, setting up and entertainment throughout the night. The process of hiring the equipment was easy from start to finish. The Cash Grabber machine added a fun element to our exhibition stand and really helped to draw a crowd. Special recognition must go to Mark who ran the machine across the two days for us and had a fantastic attitude towards both us and our customers.
