Sunshine Events were wonderful could not fault anything, the set up was good as was the clearing. The staff were very polite and helpful. The children loved the Face Painters, and definitely the Bouncy Castle. As always your team were helpful and efficient prior and post-event. However the giant deckchair we ordered turned up too early and I was not there to meet the staff delivering it. This resulted in the deckchair being put in the wrong place. We used Sunshine Events for our annual family fun day. We hired the inflatable helter skelter, a small bouncy castle and two side shows as well as the 'test of strength'. The equipment was clean, well constructed and was perfect for the 'carnival' atmosphere we wanted to create. The two members of staff were courteous and very good with the children.. firm but fun ! The booking service was efficient and although we paid more for the equipment than on previous occasions, from alternative providers, we feel that we achieved value for money with a higher spec product. We hired a photo booth for our wedding reception in the evening, the booth itself was smart and looked good. The attendant was fab, he made sure our guests had plenty of props, knew how to use the booth and made up a photobook for us in the night which included all of the shots taken. The staff were very helpful when I booked the Photo Booth for our 50th Anniversary Ball. I was kept informed of the time that the booth would arrive at our event and who the member of staff would be. The booth arrived on time and was expertly set up ready for use. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed using the Booth and I don't think it was empty at all during the evening. The member of staff was very helpful throughout the night providing advice to guests for backgrounds etc. We were given a commemorative book of the photographs taken to remember our special night.
