The inflatable grotto is a good alternative to a proper cabin when it is just for the odd day. The Santa and elves leave arrival time to very last minute which has the events starting a little late. Considering the price of the event I was expecting a little more. The host messed up question answers on a few occasions, was unable to say one of the questions and wasn't prepared, which made it a little disjointed. The help that I received prior to the event was extremely last minute which gave no time to properly run through it and make changes. I have used Sunshine Events for two events now (soon to be three) and have found each member of the team that I have dealt with very professional, throughout. The guys that have manned the stalls, especially Tom, have had a great rapport with the families and children. I just wanted to drop you a line to say how wonderful Tom Robinson was on Saturday. Nothing was too much trouble and he was great with the children.
